can anyone help me decide between the two.. i want to look very different when i come back to school.. only .. i cant decide what to do with my hair.. if get both.. will it do too much damage to my hair??Highlights or hair color?

Doing both will severely damage your hair. If you must color, go with highlights, they do less damage and you can let them grow out easier without too much maintenance or let them grow out totally.
I dont think you should do both i think you should just but bold highlights and when you go back if you get to where you dont want your color all together change it
Yes it will damage your hair to do both. Highlights are also less damaging than getting your whole head colored so I would say get it hightlighted . It will give you a dramatic look same as all over color if you get chunkier streaks.
You should go for the highlights. Highlights (if properly taken care of) can last up 3 months without a touchup, but if you decide to dye all of your hair, you will have to do touch-ups on the roots about every 6-8 weeks, which in the long run can damage the hair and you can start to have hair breakage.
i died mine twice it dosnt damage ur hair too bad im not sure about highlights
