Just got my hair professionally colored/highlighted; cost $95. But it looks no different than 'Nice n Easy.'

I used to use over the counter products to color my hair, but because my grays are coming in fast and furious, I decided to go to the professional. I guess I expected it to look 'professional,' but it doesn't look any different than what a box of Nice n Easy or Colour Expert can do, which cost $8-20. I can barely see the highlights. Why do women pay so much for professional color? Or did I get cheated?Just got my hair professionally colored/highlighted; cost $95. But it looks no different than 'Nice n Easy.'
Salons are overrated for hair colour. You can do just as well at home. My stylist keeps ranting that its horrible that I henna my hair. My hair is healthy, vibrant, only needs to be done every other month, and its cheap. Not to mention non-toxic.

So stick to drug store stuff. Its just as good as a salon.Just got my hair professionally colored/highlighted; cost $95. But it looks no different than 'Nice n Easy.'
I had mine professionally done 2-3 times I didnt feel it was worth the money either. I do just as well myself using drug store products .... save your money next time ; )
it will probs last longer???

maybe do a diy job next time :D

Most salons do a pretty good job. The only thing I could think of is that you went to a bad salon.
