its not as much about your hair color as it is to do with your skin tone...the only time you hair really matters is if you are a red head....brown hair with blonde highlights you could wears pinks reds browns blacks....if you have alot of red in your face stay away from reds and pinks which will only make you more red...
usually like yellow or gold, depending on your complextion and brown is always nice.lol. even though you could just wear white with some gold and brown.JUST DONT OVERDUE IT!
well. ur eyes are brown, so warm colours, obviously. i have a friend with hair like that and she has light copper in it. also...try honey blonde, or maybe light red??
Brown, orange, yellow, black mostly fall colors.

yellow and blue would be best.
