Which color of hair highlights would be best?

I'm thinking about getting highlights in my hair, but I'm not exactly sure what color would look best. My hair is a, I'd think, warm-toned medium brown, that being my natural color. I guess if skin tone and eye color matter as well, my skin color is somewhat pale, having a neutral tone as well. Eye color is hazel(more like an olive green surrounding a light brown).





So, uh, what do you think? Sorry if this seems a bit too detailed for just highlights, but I'd like to know what color(s) would look best~Which color of hair highlights would be best?
I think that blonde (Not platinum) or copper highlights would look great with your hair color. And pretty with your eyes, too. Like this (Blonde):
