Are highlights in the hair still in? or what colors are in?

YESS they are %26amp; any color is in as long as it goes with your skin tone %26amp; hair color so umm... yepp I got my highlighted(rusty RED) the day before yesterday it looks great!!!Are highlights in the hair still in? or what colors are in?
