i think your mom can get highlights, u i think should do low-lights because ur brows are wonderfully dark and shaped and going too light can really off set them unless u choose to lighten ur brows as well. i should know, i have really dark thick brows like u too. i just tweeze them up a bit more now because my face is a bit on the youthful side and people guess my age to be 15 when i keep them thicker. i think dark hair suits u well....pesronally though i think ur mom would look great with a bit darker hair as well. since its getting into winter, a shade or two darker hair usually works better as well.Do you think my mom and i should have highlights done?hair color?
your mom should get highlights but your eyebrows are too dark for them
